Three ways I move a product forward.
Build
I take a rough idea and carry it to a working product. I design the experience, set the architecture, and direct the build hands-on — edge RTLS, multi-agent systems, smart products for kids and enterprises. Building is simply how I understand a problem properly.
Lead
Product from inception through design and development to manufacturing and scale — NPD, GTM, and managing third-party vendors through complex, multi-phase deployments, across IoT, AI and hardware for consumer, enterprise and public sector. I've run this with partners and manufacturers across India, the GCC, China, the UK and the US.
Advise

I think about a product from the customer's side first — then build the features, and the small micro-features, that genuinely win them over, without letting cost creep in. Fifteen-plus years on, that discipline runs through everything I've shipped: the $10 safety device, a chassis that services 70% faster, a purifier you pay for by the litre.
