What I built
Aquaguard Geneus — a smart, adaptive purifier with Purity Lock (it stops dispensing if purity can't be guaranteed) on India's-first chassis-type product architecture. Engineered design-for-service: modular access that cut service time by 70% and made servicing dramatically more ergonomic. Shortest development time in company history, first-time-right.
The outcome
A category-defining purifier — "Best Water R&D and Technological Breakthrough" (Water Digest) — and a service model the field team could actually sustain.
