The problem
New parents want reassurance without streaming their baby's video to a cloud they don't trust.
What I built
An on-device AI monitor and toddler cam with sleep tracking (sleeping/moving + lullaby), safety tracking (crib-exit and danger-zone alerts, auto-record) and emotion detection (auto-smile capture, cry alert), all running locally. Full roadmap, embedded design and manufacturing as Business Lead for IoT & New Business.
The outcome
A privacy-first smart monitor for kids, taken from concept to manufacturing across India and GCC markets at FirstCry.
Why it works
Parents trusted it because the video never left the device. That was the whole design brief.
