Full product roadmap, embedded design and manufacturing pipeline; an LXP/LMS-adjacent platform delivering personalised content across devices.
The outcome
A category-defining kids' learning ecosystem in the FirstCry IoT line — concept to manufacturing, serving thousands of families across India and GCC.
Why it works
Curated content, processed on the device, is the trust model parents want for their kids. Subscriptions then turned one device into a learning platform.
