AiTrack — sub-metre indoor positioning for enterprises.
A real-time location system for worker-safety and asset tracking — BLE anchors and k-NN RF-fingerprinting on an edge gateway, a live operations cockpit, and a productised go-to-market.
Architected it end to end and directed the build — the BLE anchor network, the k-NN RTLS engine, the live cockpit, and the productised go-to-market.

AiTrack live — outcome cards, the floor map and live attendance, as the ops team sees it.
The problem
Enterprises can't prove a worker was where they should have been, or find a high-value asset, without expensive, hard-to-deploy infrastructure. Most indoor-tracking pitches die on cost, calibration time, and "does it work on our floor?"
What I built
A sub-metre RTLS on inexpensive BLE anchors and an edge gateway streaming over MQTT, with a k-NN RF-fingerprinting engine for accuracy without a site full of hardware — plus a live operations cockpit showing position, dwell and alerts in real time.
The outcome
Productised from a custom build into a repeatable offering with a ROI calculator, value-anchored per-device pricing and a risk-free pilot, so a buyer sees the evidence before they commit. In commercial pilots now.
Why it works
Buyers pay for the evidence that they acted before an incident. AiTrack calibrates on the client's real floor in days and puts that proof one click away.
